President Donald Trump false claim of his victory in 2020 Presidential election and brings several legal challenges on states in which he lost i.e. he got less votes in comparison to Joe Biden. He also alleged the voter’s fraud without any reasonable ground. This false lawsuit proves best for Joe Biden. This lack of evidence would make Donald Trump dead in court and help Joe Biden to legitimize his victory.
Trump began the tweeting about ‘BALLOT COUNTING ABUSE’ and claims that election is fraud in Arizona, Georgia, Nevada, Pennsylvania, Michigan and Wisconsin. In these states the Democratic said that Republicans have no evidence of fraud on sufficient and reasonable ground. Without any evidence claiming fraud to the voters would directly harm the constitutional rights of Individuals.
The Republicans move to the federal district court in Michigan’s western district to dismiss the lawsuit along with the affidavits opposing certification of results, despite voting to approve. They also asked the court to block the Wayne County Board from certifying elections result over votes.
Rudy Giuliani, a lawyer for the Trump campaign, said in a statement the campaign decided to withdraw its lawsuit “as a direct result of achieving the result we sought: to stop the election in Wayne County from being prematurely certified before residents can be assured that every legal vote has been counted and every illegal vote has not been counted.”
Mr. Trump also summoned two of Michigan’s Republican state legislative leaders, House Speaker Lee Chatfield and Senate Majority Leader Mike Shirkey, to Washington, D.C., for a meeting. Trump has refused to concede or leave the White House until all of counting and recounting is completed across the United States. The Republican president has mounted a string of legal challenges against Biden calling his November 3 victory a “vote fraud”.
Mr. Biden leads Mr. Trump in Michigan by more than 154,000 votes. While Mr. Biden was projected the winner of the presidential race nearly two weeks ago, Mr. Trump has yet to acknowledge his defeat and instead falsely claims he has won the election. Overall all the effort of Donald Trump to prove the result fraud, become unsuccessful.
