Chief ministers of opposition-ruled states on Wednesday resolved to work together and fight against the Centre for undermining the rights of states as they also decided to move the Supreme Court and seek a review of its earlier verdict giving go-ahead to the government in holding the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (NEET) and Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) in September.

 As in the virtual meeting, that was held by the Congress president Sonia Gandhi, to discuss the matter of GST and the exams of JEE and NEET that has to be held in the amid pandemic of Corona Virus, the Chief Ministers of West Bengal ( Mamata Banerjee), Maharashtra (Uddhav Thackeray), Jharkand (Hemant Soren), Punjab (Captain Amarinder Singh), Rajasthan (Ashok Gehlot), Chattisgarh ( Bhupesh Baghel) and Puducherry( V Narayanaswamy) analyzed that federalism must be protected at any cost as the condition of the nation has been destroying day by day, and has also focused on claiming the power in just one hand. 

On the other hand, the bench of all the chief ministers had not included the chief ministers of Odisha, New Delhi, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, and Kerala too. 

As Thackeray has said that the opposition parties are the front headers to lead the case and first to decide and to govern on the method of “fight or fear” the Modi Government. As the voices of the opposition must speak louder which were trying to suppress the voices of the opposition parties. 

As Thackeray has the back from Banerjee in the recent situation to launch the fight against the center. As the endorsement says that ‘we have to work together and fight together’.

The basic agencies were also taken in confidence as Soren has pointed the ruling party against the whole federal structure. 

GST Compensation has been paid to the states as the laws that were passed are crucial and the happening must prevail the structure badly.
