Lawctopus Law School & Aawaaz are organizing a 6-week workshop on ‘Public Speaking and Effective Communication’ from March 6 to April 10. See the details here.
To give you a taste of what you can expect in the workshop, we are hosting a free and open Webinar to talk about public speaking and how to get better at it.
We would also be talking about what our workshop will contain and will give a small demo. So if you are someone who wants to improve your speaking, but don’t know how, you know where to be!
About the Webinar
Public speaking is something that people are more afraid of than dying. After all, once you die you do not have to give a speech anywhere. Yet, it is the one skill that could make the maximum impact on one’s life.
According to Warren Buffett, it is the one skill that can alone improve your value by more than 50%.
As per Chris Anderson, founder of TED, public speaking matters more now than ever.
But the biggest question is – How to get better at it? Where do we practice?
That is why we are coming up with a workshop for you. Check it out here!
In the run-up to the workshop, we are holding an interactive webinar to tell you more about what we intend to do. We will make a few participants talk to us. We will also be doing some activities that require speaking. Our aim to make you speak through games.
We want to dispel the myth that there are “natural born speakers”. Public speaking is a skill that can be worked on, just like any other skill.
What we will be discussing
- How to Be a Better Communicator.
- Demo Activity.
- Q&A session.
Aawaaz Education Services is an organization focused on public speaking, critical thinking, and general awareness. They have provided training to thousands of students in the field of public speaking.
